I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote quickly, he was the only who followed up to discuss his quote. This discussion clarified our project and saved on the overall cost, putting us within budget. Lance recommended a decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman, Noe, who checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again!
