As a Real Estate Director with a portfolio that contains both commercial and residential properties, I am always managing construction in some capacity. After using Smith & Son for one project, they have become our go-to contractor for any and all construction needs. They have completed at least 6 major projects for us (not counting minor alterations and repairs) and the work has all been impeccable with all details paid close attention to. In addition to the quality of the work done, Lance is fantastic to work with. He is responsive, proactive, and up-front. Every project has been completed on-time, and, when any issues have arisen Lance has communicated them clearly with a plan already in place to address them. He will provide multiple options for projects and recommendations as to how things could be done better, more efficient, and less costly.
